I'm a product designer who works where AI meets high-stakes decisions: insurance, banking and the enterprise tools behind them.
Background
At Simplifai Cognitive Services I designed AI automation products for banking, financial services and insurance teams — from review workflows that keep people in control of AI decisions, to the AI Nexus design system that ties those products together.
Approach
- Design the collaboration, not just the screen. With AI products, the real work is deciding what the system does, what the person does, and how work passes between them.
- Make trust visible. People rely on automation when they can see what it predicted and where it's unsure.
- Structure over size. A small set of well-made, documented parts scales better than a big library.
- Build with engineering. Working closely with developers from the start is what makes design ship as intended.
